The brains behind 20+ featured applications, including an Editor’s Choice, Webby Award, and Starbucks Pick of the Week, Ken claims to have started Savvy because he was a “product guy” before people really knew what that role was in digital. Working across Savvy’s product strategy, design, development, and marketing groups, Ken takes a hands-on approach with both his team and customers while still driving thought leadership in the industry. His book App Savvy has sold over 10,000 copies and he regularly is an expert source in outlets like the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg TV, and Axios. His posts on LinkedIn often trend worldwide as he shares info ranging from digital, business, productivity, workflow, apps, and tools.
Ken started Savvy at a makeshift desk in a small apartment in 2009. He’s grown it with no outside funding, brick by brick, because of his passion for apps, desire to create an amazing workplace, and enthusiasm to help his customers solve challenging problems. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, hanging with his wife and kids, and being active in his local community. He has a M.S.E. from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton and Engineering) and B.A. from Boston College (Computer Science).
